Our main event this year will again be held at the Community Safety Village, within Bruce's Mill Conservation Area near Stouffville.
The conservation area is home to a mill pond and restored mill, from which the park takes its name.

Although our event is scheduled for the afternoon, the park will be open from 9am-9pm and offers many other attractions including nature trails, forests, picnic areas and a driving range.
As with all our events, we extend an invitation to all families and friends, not only within the LGBTQ2 community but also the community at large.

The Community Safety Village is located in the heart of the conservation area. This York Regional Police facility is used to teach fire, traffic and personal safety to primary school children.
Our event will offer a unique opportunity to tour the village, which contains paved roads and sidewalks, operating traffic lights, a working railway crossing signals and lights, playground and 30 miniature buildings.

For our picnic and BBQ, we will be making use of the Peace Tree Garden and adjacent picnic area within the safety village.

The Community Safety Village facility also includes a pavillion building providing an an indoor community space. Depending on the weather, our community fair will be located either in the miniature streets of the village or within the indoor pavillion.
Commencing at 12.15, our schedule for the afternoon will include:
- Raising the Rainbow Flag
- Welcome
- Greetings from guest speakers
- Live entertainment featuring: The Future Jazz Project
